This bright wine is made from a selection of our oldest Montmain vine parcels, with a very limited yield, resulting in high concentration and intense, say powerful flavours.
The exceptional feature of this wine is due to its extremely fresh and mineral character with a very long finish.
Best served at a cool temperature - but not chilled - with pan-fried foie gras, or fine fish, and why not taste it with a chocolate fondant cake ?
