Chablis Grand Cru Blanchot is very fine, elegant and fruity, it is considered as one of the most delicate and richly-flavoured wines. It reveals an elegant and complex balance between subtle lightness and full aromas.

Serve cool - but not chilled - with fine shellfish like lobsters or crayfish.

From a tiny part of the Blanchot area, we produce an average of 1,800 bottles a year, which can benefit from 6 to 10 years ageing, according to vintage features.
